Licence agreement

A buy-once, perpetual licence for a major version. Plain terms for software that runs on your own machine.

1. The licence

On payment, DAGAZ LLC grants you a perpetual, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to install and use the major version of WorkloadWall named in your key, within the limits of the tier you bought:

  • Solo — one agent account and one connected mailbox, on one installation.
  • Local Lite — up to ten agent accounts and one connected mailbox, on one installation at one site.
  • Local Pro — unlimited agent accounts and mailboxes, on one installation at one site.

People who only raise requests are not agents, need no account, and are not counted or charged.

2. Perpetual means perpetual

The licence does not expire. You may keep running your major version for as long as it is useful to you, on hardware you replace as often as you like. The software validates the licence offline; it does not require a connection to keep working.

3. What is not allowed

  • Running one licence at more than one site, or beyond the agent and mailbox limits of your tier.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, renting or hosting the software as a service for others.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or altering the licence enforcement, except where the law expressly permits it.
  • Sharing your key outside your organisation.

4. Updates and versions

Updates within your major version are included and install themselves. Major versions are separate products; owners are offered the next one at 50% of its then‑current price and are never required to move.

5. Your data

Everything the software stores is yours, on your machine, in a format you can export. We claim no rights over it and have no access to it.

6. Trial

Without a key, the software runs complete for 30 days and then becomes read‑only. Read‑only use is permitted indefinitely; your data is not deleted, expired or held.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows. DAGAZ LLC’s aggregate liability arising from the software is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

The licence ends if you breach it materially and do not fix the breach within 30 days of being told. On termination you stop using the software; your data remains yours and exportable.

9. Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
