The software you install

WorkloadWall Local editions run entirely on a computer you own, inside your network. Your tickets, requester contact details, attachments, mailbox contents and settings are stored on that machine. DAGAZ LLC has no copy of them and no way to reach them.

The application contacts the outside world in only these ways:

• Update checks. It asks a public update feed whether a newer build of your major version exists. The request carries the current version; it does not carry your data, your organisation name or your ticket contents.
• Your own mailboxes. If you connect Microsoft 365 or IMAP/Gmail intake, the app talks to your mail provider using credentials you supply. Mail flows between your provider and your machine.
• AI intake, if you turn it on. Pointed at a local model through Ollama, ticket text never leaves the machine. Pointed at a third‑party API, the ticket text you allow it to send goes to that provider under their terms. This is off unless you switch it on and choose the destination.
• Remote access, if you turn it on. Cloudflare tunnels route traffic between your users and your machine. Cloudflare’s handling of that traffic is governed by their terms.

Licence validation happens offline against a file on your machine. Nothing needs to phone home for permission to work.

Requester data is yours

People raising requests give an email address and a phone number so their request can be followed up. That data lives in your install, under your control, and you are the data controller for it. Deleting, exporting or retaining it is your decision and your responsibility.

This website

workloadwall.com is a static site on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) to serve and protect the site.

The site loads the Inter and Kalam typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you view a page.

If you send a message through the contact form, or email support or sales, we keep what you sent and your address in order to reply to you and keep a record of the exchange. It is not sold, shared or used to market anything to you.

Cloud Edition

The hosted Cloud Edition is not released. When it is, this page will be rewritten to describe how hosted data is stored, and the local‑install statements above will continue to apply to local installs.

Asking about your data

For anything held by DAGAZ LLC — which is essentially correspondence and licence records — email contact@workloadwall.com. For data inside a WorkloadWall install, ask the organisation that runs it; we cannot reach it.
