Terms

The terms for this website and for buying a licence. The terms for using the software itself are in the licence agreement.

Who you are dealing with

workloadwall.com and WorkloadWall are operated by DAGAZ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”).

The website

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep prices, feature descriptions and system requirements accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but nothing on the site is a warranty. Screenshots are of a demo install with seeded data, never a customer’s.

Buying

  • Licences are sold per major version, once, at the prices on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax you may owe locally.
  • Updates within your major version are included at no cost. A future major version is offered to existing owners at 50% of its then‑current price.
  • Moving up a tier costs the difference between what you paid and the tier you are moving to.
  • “Per site” means one building or campus running one copy of the software.
  • A licence key is issued to the customer name and email you give us. Keep it; re‑issues are free but require you to be the same customer.

Trial

Every download includes 30 days of the complete product. When the trial ends the application becomes read‑only: your data remains intact and readable, and entering a valid key restores full use. We do not delete anyone’s data for want of a licence.

Refunds

Thirty days from purchase, in full, on request to contact@workloadwall.com. No reason is needed.

Support

Support by email is included with every licence on a best‑effort basis. Local Pro customers may buy priority support at $199 per year, which buys faster response, not a different product.

What we do not promise

WorkloadWall runs on hardware you control, on a network you control, alongside software we have never seen. We cannot and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free in that environment. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or this site is limited to what you paid us for it.

Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that applied on the day you bought are the terms of your purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
